![]() You should be able to spam G to keep holding onto it if you really wanted to ( although holding G should pull the grenade out instead of tossing it so that isn't necessary and tapping G would remain as quick toss ). If you press G while making it safe, you should go back to throwing it. If you press G before the grenade is thrown, you should be able to make it safe. So, press G, it takes about 1 second or longer before the grenade is pulled out, the pin is removed and you throw it. likewise, if you are putting the pin back in there should be a way to pull it out during that animation if you need to. If you press G, there should be a way to press G again to put the pin back in, and the cost of 2 seconds ( which is forever in a gunfight ) to put the pin back in. When you throw that thing pops off by a spring starting the timer. pull the pin, which you should still have. But F1 grenade is one I'm talking about, the other US grenade too.
